BIOGRAPHY

Child of God; husband to my lovely wife for 36 years; father of three; grandfather of four. That pretty much sums me up. Other than that, here are a few things you might like to know about me:

Ever since I can remember I have loved singing. When I was a child I sang along to my collection of 45 rpm records and imagined myself as the next Donny Osmond or Michael Jackson.

I actually grew up listening to the oldies (meaning, my parent's music). My dad mostly listened to stuff from the 40's and 50's and especially liked classic country music like Hank Williams or Johnny Cash. Mom... she made sure we went to church every Sunday, which is where I learned all the old hymns. As a result, playing these Oldies is very nostalgic for me and has a special place in my heart.

As a Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist and Ordained Pastor, my 35+ year career has primarily been in the helping arena. This bent for helping others carries over into my music ministry with seniors. For me, this is much more than simply a performance... it's about connecting with others, touching their hearts and making their day.
